The Story Coffee Co. will be a welcoming, public café in downtown Rock Island—serving great coffee and a greater purpose. Behind the counter, young adults will gain job skills, life coaching, and a renewed sense of direction as they move from disconnection to confidence.

We purchased our new building, and Phase 1 is complete and fully paid for. Thanks to the generosity of several key donors, we completed Phase 1 without taking on a monthly mortgage.

Our current fundraising focus is The Story Coffee Co., a downstairs café and workforce-development opportunity for young adults. Support will help create space for job skills, life coaching, confidence, and direction.
